Pine Knoll Association
To be a community of neighbors working together to achieve an inspiring, active lifestyle in a desirable coastal maritime neighborhood.
As a major stakeholder in the Town of Pine Knoll Shores and as a non-profit organization operating under Section 528 of the IRS Code, the mission of Pine Knoll Association is to preserve and enhance the sense of community for our homeowners and residents through the use of sound practices to maintain the common property areas and amenities for the use, benefit, and enjoyment for the greater good of all of our members. We preserve or improve property values through the management and compliance of our Restrictive Covenants by applying them fairly and equitably to all, while supporting building and land use practices that are compatible with keeping our coastal maritime forest in as near a natural state as possible. We are fiscally responsible and transparent with all decisions that affect the interest and property values of all of our homeowners and residents.
In all of our activities, we value transparency, inclusiveness, honesty, fairness, equity, common sense, volunteerism, respect, cooperation, and pride in a place we call home.
