About Us...Pine Knoll Association (PKA) is a non-profit organization operating under Section 528 of the IRS Code which was amended to our Articles of Incorporation in 1984. Our HOA of lot and homeowners has the responsibility for maintaining common property areas owned by the Association for the use, benefit, and enjoyment of all members. PKA is also responsible for enforcement of its Restrictive Covenants and supports member building and land use practices which are compatible with keeping our coastal maritime forest in as near a natural state as possible.
