PKA Board Meetings

As a result of the current pandemic, and out of an abundance of caution, the monthly PKA Board Meetings will be online using ZOOM to conduct the association's business. If you would like to join, please go to the Calendar, find the meeting date and time (second Monday of each month), click the link, register, and you will be placed in a virtual waiting room. When the meeting is started, you will be admitted to the meeting. Members who would like to address the BoD may do so during the public comment segment of the agenda, and when called upon by the Chair. If you have a question during the meeting, please enter it into the Chat session.

Note from the Architectural Control Committee

If you are contemplating building or construction at your property, you must first receive approval from the PKA Architectural Control Committee. Once your plans have been reviewed and approved by the ACC, you can submit your request to the town's Building Inspector for final approval. If in doubt, please contact our Association Administrator who can direct you to our ACC point of contact. This requirement includes original construction, additions to your home (decks, fences, seawall, dock, boat lift, tree cutting, driveway work, landscaping and swimming pools. You can review further specific requirements for any construction from our Restrictive Covenants link: Covenants.
