Explore the many parks and marinas available to you within your PKA neighborhood and HOA. Your HOA fees go to the maintenance, safety, sustainability, and overall improvements of these value add ammenities.

Harbor Master

Boat Slip Waiting List Form

Davis Landing

Located on Loblolly Drive between Ash Court and Teak Court.

This park has a boat launching ramp, as well as, canoe/kayak racks that may be leased.

Hall Haven

Located on Beechwood Drive at Sycamore Drive.

This is classified as a park/marina, even though the park area is minimal.

Boat slips are rented through the Harbormaster (252-646-3762).

Ramsey Park

Located on Ramsey Drive and Arborvitae Court.

This is an attractive park on the west side of the Pine Knoll Waterway across from Brock Basin.

Bran new recreation equipment in 2023 & a picnic table are available.

Ocean Park

Located on the ocean at the east end of Dogwood Circle.

This park is used by members and their guests for daytrips to the beach.

The “sittum” offers spectacular ocean views.

Animals must be on a leash and clean up is required.

Picnic tables, a shower and trash cans are provided.

Brock Basin

Located at the west end of Oakleaf Drive.

This is a multiple use park/marina. The park area has a covered pavilion, picnic tables, and horse shoe areas. It may be reserved by PKA members for special events by calling the office.

Boat slips are leased on an annual basis. Please call the Harbormaster (252-646-3762) for more information. These slips are mainly for larger boats and sailboats 24 feet in length or greater that cannot be easily maneuvered under the bridges and through the canal to Bogue Sound.

There are also canoe/kayak racks for lease. For availability, please call the association administrator.
