ANY BUILDING or CONSTRUCTION THAT YOU ARE CONTEMPLATING AT YOUR PROPERTY THAT NEEDS A PERMIT, YOU MUST GET APPROVAL FROM THE HOA AND FROM THE TOWN. IF IN DOUBT ABOUT ANYTHING, CALL THE TOWN AND PKA, INC. THIS REQUIREMENT INCLUDES YOUR HOME, DECKS, FENCES, SEAWALL, DOCK, BOAT LIFT, TREE CUTTING, DRIVEWAY WORK, LANDSCAPING, SWIMMING POOLS, ETC.
Should any HOA member in good standing wish to see the budget or examine the books of the association, they may do so with notice to the PKA Administrator and PKA Board.
