Over the years, PKA has relied on dedicated volunteers to care for our parks and common areas. We are grateful for that commitment. The Board determined it would be helpful to add some structured, paid support to ensure consistent oversight of our properties.

We are beginning the process of identifying a qualified individual or small business to provide paid assistance with routine oversight of our parks and coordination of maintenance and small projects.

This role is intended to supplement our volunteers, not replace them. Volunteers will continue to play an important role in PKA. The goal is to provide continuity and timely follow-up where needed.

This position is not a full HOA management position. The focus is on routine inspections, identifying maintenance or safety concerns, performing very minor repairs, and helping coordinate authorized repairs and improvements.

 It may be a good fit for someone local with repair or maintenance experience — such as a retired construction professional, tradesperson, project manager, or small contractor interested in oversight work.
